Delegate Flanigan  moved to amend the bill on page 8, section 20, line 98, by inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follows: “(i) The amendments made to this article during the 2025 regular session of the Legislature are effective on July 1, 2026, to permit titration from gender altering medication.”

And,

On page 11, section 20, line 67, by inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follow: “(i) The provisions of this section are effective on July 1, 2026, to permit titration from gender altering medication.”

And,

On page 14, section 15f, line 67, by inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follow: “(i) The provisions of this section are effective on July 1, 2026, to permit titration from gender altering medication.”

And,

On page 18, section 20, line 100, by inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follows: “(i) The amendments made to this article during the 2025 regular session of the Legislature are effective on July 1, 2026, to permit titration from gender altering medication.”
